Paul Johnson (John Lennon)

Born in London and played in many bands during the 80’s around London including ‘The Exchange’. Paul was a member of the ‘JTC Band’ as well as ‘Revolution’ since moving to Perth in 1987. Paul plays rhythm guitar and keyboards.

Equipment used: Rickenbacker 325 guitar, Epiphone Casino guitar and Roland piano all through a Vox AC15T amplifier.

Richard Whitehead (Paul McCartney)

‘New boy’ Richard joined The Beat in January 2004. A true lefty bass player, he has 25 years’ musical experience and was a founder member of UK-based Beatles tribute The Huxters, party act The Sensational Amanda Harvey Band and 70s-era Genesis tribute In The Cage. www.inthecage.co.uk

Equipment used: Hofner violin bass, Rickenbacker bass and 12-string, Vox and Peavey amplication.

Mark Dawson (George Harrison)

Mark has played in various bands around Australia. Having played for some time in Sydney he moved to Perth and has toured with Hermans Hermits and The Troggs. Mark also played in the band ‘Acoustic Gentlemen’.

Equipment used: Gretsch Country-Gent guitar through a Vox AC15 amplifier.

David Eamus (Ringo Starr)

Dave’s music career includes playing in well-known bands such as; ‘Loaded Dice’, ‘Dick and the Dames’, ‘Slim Jim and the Fatt Fiction’ as well as being the original drummer for the Perth tribute band ‘The FabFour’.

Equipment used: Original 60’s Ludwig drum kit for that authentic look and sound of The Beatles.
